Definitely one of my favorites this time of year! Peeled and frozen, maybe a dozen, in ziplock bags make for a tasty treat while riding my horse ‘el millón’ out to work in el ejido! And ALWAYS have squash planted with our corn and utilize the flowers for quesadillas!
