Mexico or any country cannot expect “permanent” tariff relief until trump is out of office. None of us can expect the rationality of a stable tariff policy from trump who at best is a conniving imbecile (who manifestly has no idea how tariffs actually work) and often just an angry, sundowning lunatic. La presidenta seems to be doing the best possible management of the situation.
